Are you looking for an exciting opportunity within the London Office where you will support Project & Infrastructure team with a focus on driving growth and sales for the UK franchise?

We are looking for an Analyst to Project & Infrastructure Finance (“PIF”) in London. Project & Infrastructure Finance is part of Structured Finance in the Corporate and Investment Banking division. We are a team of 40+ employees located in Sweden, Norway, Denmark, Finland, Germany and the UK. The unit specialises in arranging financing facilities for Financial Sponsors and Corporates in defined industries such as energy, infrastructure, telecom and transportation.

 
What you will be doing
 

As an Analyst in PIF you will be part of a highly skilled and motivated team where you will benefit from a challenging and stimulating environment. Work tasks are diverse and you will work both with existing transactions in our portfolio and be part of deal teams executing new transactions. You will manage credit limits, execute credit application and annual review processes for designated transactions and clients, as well as prepare pitch material and other presentations. As part of a deal team, you will work alongside experienced colleagues and perform credit analysis, financial modelling and participate in client negotiations. You will have the opportunity to work across different industries and participate in deal teams having a cross-site set up. We offer the successful candidate a steep learning curve in an international and supporting work environment. The UK team currently consists of 5 executives, and we have the clear ambition to grow SEB’s footprint in the UK.

 
Who we are looking for

We are looking for an individual who is ambitious, dedicated and willing to learn, to join our team. You have a recent degree in Business Administration, Finance or Engineering from a top-tier university and possess a sharp analytical mind-set. We are looking for a service-minded individual with a team-player attitude, who acts proactively and shows a strong sense of responsibility. In addition, we believe you have high attention to detail and a good ability to plan and prioritise your work. Some previous experience in financing and credit analysis is an advantage. Proficiency in English, both verbally and written is a prerequisite.
