We are now strengthening our fantastic Customer Experience design community with three new colleagues to start their career at SEB! We are looking for one new member of our Leasing team as well as two new colleagues within Private Lending, all within our Financing team at the division Corporate and Private customers. We are looking for senior professionals who have the experience of leading and facilitating in the role as an UX Designer. 

What you will be doing 
As a senior UX Designer within Customer Experience Design for the division Corporate and Private customers, you will have the opportunity to work both strategically and hands-on in development sprints. You will work in close cooperation with other UX Designers as well as with product owners, Analytics and Tech, etcetera. In this role, you are also expected to contribute to and develop SEB:s best practice within UX and act as mentor and coach.

You will be joining our unique Customer Experience Design community with more than 65 designers and a truly friendly and welcoming culture, where you will always find empowerment and support. Together we have a high level of skills and competence within user experience and our work is highly valued in the bank’s digitalisation journey.

You will identify needs through user research and transform these into customer journeys and concepts, prototyping, interaction design for desktop and mobile and also user research in the form of interviews and user testing.

Who we are looking for
•You have the ability to self-lead and communicate and you thrive being in a position where you have the ability to make impact
•You grow from working with others and find it natural to network, both with co-designers and in cross-functional teams in an agile context
•You enjoy sharing your knowledge, methods and tools
•You have at least 5 years of experience within UX and user-centered product development
•We expect you to have post-secondary education within the field as well as experience in working agile with UX for web, mobile and app
•You have good language skills in Swedish and English, both written and spoken
